Director of Inclusion job summary

We are seeking to recruit a Director of Inclusion to this highly successful over-subscribed 11-18 Catholic School, enriched by its Arts specialism. The school is very successful for students of all abilities.

For many years the school has been noted for its’ inclusive atmosphere and pastoral and academic success with the most vulnerable students. Since 2009 we have offered a small number of additionally resourced places to ASD students and have developed our provision accordingly. These students have been very successful, some going on to study at university.

This post involves having leadership and oversight of the school's Inclusion provision including the day to day management of the specialist provision.
The school offers all colleagues a warm and collegial working environment.
