As our new Director of Inclusion, you’ll be someone with proven experience in Primary Headship who is passionate about driving systemic change. In this critical role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a transformative inclusion strategy across our Trust’s schools, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

As Director of Inclusion, you will be instrumental in implementing our Trust’s vision and values, working closely with Principals and school leaders to uphold the highest standards of behaviour, attendance, and academic achievement. This is a strategic leadership role, central to our commitment to educational equity, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Upholds the highest standards of education, recognising the profound impact education has on student success.

  • Brings deep expertise in developing and leading strategies to improve behaviour, attendance, alternative provision, and special educational needs.

This role is both challenging and deeply rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our school communities. You will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement inclusion strategies that align with our Trust’s commitment to excellence and a broad, comprehensive education.

  • Collaborate closely with parents and wider school communities to ensure inclusion strategies are effectively communicated and embraced.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to Headteachers and school leaders across the Trust.

  • Forge strong partnerships with external agencies, local authorities, and other key stakeholders to enhance our inclusion work.

We are looking for a driven, dynamic leader with a commitment to inclusion and high standards, someone passionate about making a real and lasting difference to the lives of our students.

If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, we would welcome the chance to discuss it further. To learn more about the role or arrange a visit, please contact HR on 01484 503110 and book an appointment with Alison Black, our Chief Executive.

We look forward to hearing from you!
