Are you a visionary educator ready to lead one of our most successful and dynamic departments? Leigh Stationers’ Academy is seeking an ambitious Director of Learning for Business Studies to drive excellence and innovation across our curriculum.

This is a significant leadership role. You will oversee a large department, providing you with the opportunity to line manage and mentor several staff members. We are looking for a leader who can inspire both colleagues and students, ensuring that our high standards of teaching and learning continue to flourish.

Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will be a specialist with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes. You should be:

  • Capable of managing a large team and a complex suite of qualifications.
  • Passionate about Business, Finance, and Economics, with the ability to teach across all Key Stages.
  • Ready to champion our T-Level Finance provision and strengthen our links with the business community.
