Director of Learning - Primary job summary
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of teaching and student progress within a successful primary school and ideally previous leadership experience of a Primary phase. They will be expected to provide outstanding lessons to ensure excellence and achievement for all learners, with a true commitment to raising standards. You will need to have experience of using a variety of approaches to continually enhance teaching and learning throughout the school across the full age and ability range. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships within the Primary team and the Trust as a whole. We are looking for someone with the skills, abilities and drive to lead and direct team and make a real difference to the Primary Phase.

We are looking to recruit an inspirational and passionate Director of Learning for our Primary phase with experience of leading the curriculum including a core subject. The position will have a part time teaching commitment and the successful candidate will be trained to become a designated safeguarding lead.
