We know it can be difficult to recruitexceptional teachers into departmentalleadership positions, so we are offering aRecruitment and Retention Bonus of £3,000 - £5,000for the successful candidate who takes on this role (amount based on prior experience and vision/capacity to further improvethe department). Half of the bonus is payable in your first month, and the second half is payable in August 2023 provided you are still employed and are not working a notice period).​​​​​​​
