Director of Learning job summary
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed Director of Learning for Kipling school. We are looking for someone who can provide high quality pastoral and academic support to students and who is able to lead the further development of Kipling school. As a Director of Learning you would develop and embed an ethos of high expectations, outstanding attitudes to learning and exemplary conduct within the students in Kipling school, as well as develop strong professional relationships with students and parents. The post is ideal for an experienced teacher wishing to pursue their career in a successful school with an excellent reputation.
Shoreham Academy provides excellent pastoral care to our students and we pride ourselves on the quality of our pastoral care and the relationships we develop with students and parents. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for improving the life chances of young people to ensure all students develop to be the ‘best that they can be’.
Shoreham Academy is looking to appoint a Head of Kipling school who has high expectations and the ability to inspire the interest and efforts of colleagues and students.
