Director of Learning Support job summary

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Director of Learning Support, to be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the SEN policy, who will be mentored and supported by an experienced SENCO, who has responsibility for the strategy. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Special Educational Needs and be able to motivate students through inspirational teaching. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented teacher to join a thriving school and work with students who are keen to learn. The ability to teach A-Level would be desirable. There will be a reduced teaching commitment with this post and we invite applications from candidates of all disciplines.
