Lead Maths, Inspire Minds, Shape Futures
We are seeking an inspirational and proactive Director of Maths to lead a faculty and team of professionals in delivering high-quality educational provision. The Director of Maths will support and manage teachers within the faculty to raise and maintain the highest standards of progress, attainment, teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide inspirational leadership for the faculty, setting a clear vision and promoting a strong sense of identity and purpose
* Line manage teachers, supporting their development through appraisals and training programmes
* Manage faculty spending and resource allocation effectively and efficiently
* Ensure an ambitious, broad, engaging, knowledge-rich, and carefully sequenced curriculum
* Establish clear expectations and performance standards
* Lead an effective climate for learning across the faculty

* A qualified teacher (QTS) with a passion for Maths
