What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, energetic and inspirationalDirector of Music. The successful candidate will be a gifted and talented musician who can convey their passion for their subject to the school and its wider community.

- Be a qualified Music Teacher
- Have a degree in Music
- Strong leadership qualities
- Be an outstanding, student-centred classroom practitioner
- Possess a depth of subject knowledge
- Be able to inspire and enthuse our wonderful, intelligent students
As Director of Music the successful candidate will provide professional leadership and management of the curriculum area in order to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement of all students. You will be a strong communicator with up to date knowledge and a strong desire to inspire and support pupils.
