Director of Personal Development job summary
We are looking to appoint a Director of Personal Development to provide exceptional leadership of this important area of our work across our six schools.
This is an exciting, first-time post and the successful candidate will work with colleagues in our four primary schools and six secondary schools to agree on best practices and then work together to make our approaches world class.
Overall, we’re looking for a Director of PD whose leadership of this area ensures that all of our children receive a programme that:
● gives them the knowledge they need to make decisions,
● strengthens them personally and
● contributes to building their character.
The successful candidate will report directly to, and work closely with the Chief Executive and will be a key member of the Trust’s Executive Team.
This role would be ideal for an outstanding practitioner with significant experience and expertise as well as credibility to lead Personal Development across our small but growing trust.
