Director of Primary Education job summary

Working as a key member of our central leadership team, you will ensure our 'People-First', 'Equity', and 'Community' priorities are lived across the primary phase. This is more than school improvement; it is system leadership at scale. Rather than providing 'quick-fixes' for individual schools, you will shape a diverse network that enables all pupils and staff to flourish.
