• Effective communication skills, written and verbal;
• Ability to use data effectively to drive school improvement;
• An ability to work effectively in and support teams;
• Good organisational skills;
• Ability to work with students with special needs or who are Academically More Able.
• Ability to develop resources across the curriculum.
