Tapton School Academy Trust is offering a unique opportunity for an exceptional leader to join our Core Executive Team and lead the improvement of education in our secondary schools. As Director of Secondary Education, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic development of our secondary schools, using your educational knowledge and communication skills to drive improvements in quality and performance. You will work with an established team of Headteachers and Trust leaders to translate strategic vision into operational plans that benefit our learners and wider communities.Supporting documents
