Bexleyheath Academy is seeking an exceptional and inspiring Faculty Director of Social Sciences with the ability to teach Psychology (QTS is essential) to lead and shape the strategic direction of our Social Sciences faculty. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious educator to contribute to an inclusive and forward-thinking academy that values academic excellence, innovation, and student well-being.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide dynamic and visionary leadership for the Social Sciences faculty.
* Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to drive student progress and achievement.
* Monitor and evaluate curriculum delivery, ensuring alignment with national standards and student needs.
* Teach Psychology across Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
* Lead a team of committed subject teachers, supporting professional development and performance management.
