Director of Studies job summary
Rainham School for Girls are looking to appoint an inspirational, highly skilled Director of Studies to lead a team of form tutors within a year group in maximizing individual student academic progress and personal development.
The preferred candidate will:
•have experience of monitoring, tracking and supporting students
•have the desire to promote high standards and effective teaching and learning
•have the competence to lead, manage, develop and inspire people individually and as a team
•have a commitment to the welfare and achievement of the students in their year group
