The role combines strategic leadership with a strong focus on classroom impact—supporting leaders and teachers to translate strategy into consistently high-quality practice.

This is a highly collaborative role. You will work in close partnership with other members of the Education Support Team, academy leaders and central teams to build alignment, share best practice and ensure a consistently high standard of teaching and learning across the Trust.
