DSP Teacher job summary
We are seeking to appoint an innovative and visionary teacher to lead our new provision for ten children with communication difficulties including autism. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high quality lessons and leading dedicated and successful teams.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have significant experience of working with children with communication difficulties including autism
• Have the ability to lead and inspire others
• Show innovation in planning and delivery
• Be able to manage a small dedicated team
• Be able to support mainstream colleagues in support children from the DSP
• Show enthusiasm and passion to lead and design the future of the provision
• Have a commitment to enhance their own and the CPD of others
