DSPL7 Administrator job summary
As the DSPL7 administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of our office. You will work 15 hours across a week, term time only (38 weeks). The ability to work flexible days would be an advantage. This role operates from the DSPL7 office, based in the grounds of`Fleetville Junior School in St Albans.
We are keen to appoint someone who is enthusiastic and capable of being hands-on. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full-range of administrative duties, including internal and external communications, updating the DSPL7 website, digital media and social marketing regularly, and organising the loan of equipment from the resources library. DSPL7 provide training opportunities for parents and professionals, and the administrator will support the organisation of these events, through liaising with training providers, confirming dates and venues, publicising and taking bookings from attendees, as well as supporting the running of the event on the day.
The role involves liaison with a range of professionals, Headteachers and parents/carers and candidates must present in a courteous and friendly manner and have the ability to relate well to visitors, adapting responses appropriately.
