You will contribute to raising standards of student attainment; share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth and facilitate a learning experience that allows individuals to fulfil their potential.

You are a creative, forward thinker who understands the vital necessity to provide young people with high aspirations and a clear pathway for life beyond the college.
This role involves understanding the needs of the students and adopting/developing an appropriate curriculum/interventions or pastoral programme in your area. You will need to be able to establish a safe, purposeful and stimulating environment for students, rooted in mutual respect and establish a framework for discipline with a range of strategies, using praise, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairly.
