What skills and experience we're looking for

Full-time - Permanent Ducklings Resource Teacher with SEN allowance -For September 2024

The Ducklings is a new resource we are expanding in September 2024 and looking for a class teacher to lead it. You will be leading a team of Teaching Assistants to deliver a curriculum for a small group of children with specific learning difficulties. We are refurbishing a large space specifically designed for these children.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • passionate about improving the lives of children with SEND
  • highly motivated, cheerful and energetic
  • has an understanding of children with additional needs
  • able to plan and deliver engaging and challenging learning
  • able to adapt the curriculum for a range of pupils’ needs
  • committed to the fact that all children can achieve
  • supportive of our Catholic ethos (you do not have to be a Catholic to apply).
