What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking ECT to join us. The ideal candidate will be willing to give their best for the children and keen to be developed further in their teaching practice.

What the school offers its staff

Being an ECT at Maple Grove Primary means you will get a supportive year group and an experienced mentor to support you all the way through your ECT journey. With weekly training, development, support and sessions that help develop your confidence and expertise as a teacher. We provide in class team teaching, peer observation and specialized CPD for all ECTs. Our ECTs also have the benefits of two weeks in depth training at the end of summer term to get them ready for their September start.
