*1 Year Fixed Term Contract until 31/08/2025*Meon Way Federation is seeking to appoint a newly qualified Early Career Teacher (ECT)to join our team on a fixed term basis. We are looking for someone who has the drive, skills and passion to work at our primary academy based in Portsmouth within KS2.As a member of our teaching team, you will benefit from our commitment to developing practitioners with unrivalled opportunities for progression. With the support of an experienced mentor during your ECT induction, we will provide a nurturing environment in which to advance your teaching and expertise.What you will need to succeed:

- Qualified Teacher status
