What skills and experience we're looking for
A motivated ECT with a passion for Key Stage 1 or 2 education.
An ECT with a strong knowledge of teaching phonics and early reading.
Someone who is eager to learn, reflect, and grow with the support of experienced colleagues.
A teacher who values child-centred learning, creativity, and engagement in the classroom.
