The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership has exciting opportunities for two Early Career Teacher (ECT) in Food and Design Technology, to join John Willmott School, from July or September 2024.
We are providing new teachers the opportunity to join a highly successful Multi-Academy Trust, enabling you to work towards your goals within your career. We are committed to supporting Early Careers Teachers with high-quality professional development.
At John Willmott we inspire pupils to be creative and innovative when considering social, moral, and environmental issues. We approach design through problem solving and help pupils develop designing and making skills in line with the national curriculum. Pupils will research, analyse, design, make and evaluate in both food and design and technology.
Our faculty vision is to develop students into creative, skilled, motivated learners by broadening their skills and developing their technical knowledge whilst instilling pride in their own work. Providing students with a real-life and relevant context for learning, considering their own and others’ needs, wants, and values.

Salary: Main Pay Scale which starts at £30,000 per annum
