PART TIME HOURS Wednesday PM, Thursday and Friday all day
PAY GRADE E FTE £26,421

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed “Early Year Practitioner” to join our early years provision
The ideal candidate will;
Have an inclusive ethos with high expectations and aspirations for all the pupils they work with.
Demonstrate a calm and relaxed manner.
Be able to communicate effectively with other professionals and parents.
Work collaboratively with others to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children in their care.
Must have minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and childcare or equivalent
Be flexible, reliable and reflective.
Show good organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
Be consistent in expectations of behaviours and learning.
Have GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent) – and be willing to learn!
