About this Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our team. This is a one year fixed term vacancy starting 1st September 2025. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. If you are passionate about working with young children and support our ethos this will be an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate.
This post is on the NJC L2 (Points 4 - 5) grade. 32.5 hours per week, term time only. Attendance at our annual safeguarding training on our October Inset day is essential.
Criteria
- You must have a recognised early years qualification and experience of working with children (minimum NVQ Level 2 in Childcare)
- You will be able to support the learning needs of pupils with numeracy and literacy
- You will have, or be able to gain a first aid qualification.
