Early Years Class Teacher job summary

As an Early Years Class Teacher you will support the academy in implementing and delivering a broad, balanced, rich and varied curriculum for students, to improve the outcomes for all. You will effectively monitor pupil achievement, be responsible for general administrative class duties, and maintain good educational ethos.

As part of your past experience, you'll have successful experience of teaching in early years, collaborating effectively with other adults and work constructively as part of a team.

We’re looking for a teacher who is passionate about working with children and young people. Co-op Academy Oakwood places the pupils at the heart of all we do. Our intent is that we empower pupils to have insight, creativity and experiences that will enhance their learning journey through the academy.
