Early Years Class Teacher job summary

Early Years Class Teacher - Required January 2023 - or earlier if possible  (Teacher Main Scale 1-6 £26,948 - £37,799 Part Time would be considered.

 Kenningtons Primary Academy is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Class Teacher to work in our school. The successful candidate should:-

 • Be UK trained and UK qualified

 • Ideally have at least 2 years experience of working in an Early Years Setting 

• Have a strong commitment to raising pupil achievement 

• Support all aspects of the school's work 

• Be able to motivate and inspire children and colleagues 

• Be able to focus on raising standards

 We value our staff and we will ensure that the successful candidate will receive good professional development. In addition to this we reward our Class Teachers with :- 

 • A retention allowance of £1,200 per annum after one year's service. 

• We also reimburse the cost of the Toll for The Dartford Crossing

 • Two Week October Half Term. 

• Recognition of Continuous Service.

• Pupils are welcoming and friendly. They are polite and well-mannered.

 • Pupils’ positive attitudes to learning show that they are interested in what they learn

Kenningtons Primary Academy is a stand alone Academy for 3 to 11 year olds, located in the heart of the Kenningtons Estate in Aveley, Essex. We serve a diverse community and welcome all children who live in the local area. The school accommodates 60 children in each year group.
