Are you a fun, nurturing Early Years professional with excellent people-skills? Do you have experience working with Reception children, and are ready to develop your expertise even further?

We’re looking to welcome an experienced Early Years Classroom Teacher to our high-performing team.
We know children develop quickly in the early years and their experiences have a major impact on their future life chances. We provide a rich and varied environment, equipping them with the resilience, capability and confidence required to meet their full potential.
Having invested heavily in our Academy, including our EYFS area, we are seeking an innovative and energetic practitioner to take this to the next level. Working in partnership with the EYFS Lead, you will make your mark on the Academy and create an exceptional educational environment for the youngest students, setting them up for success.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Creating a caring, stimulating and engaging environment that enables all pupils to learn effectively, mindful of the fact that some pupils, will not have experience attending a similar setting
- Planning and preparing lessons and learning activities appropriate for the age group and ability of the children in the class
- Actively participating in the Oasis Skinner Street family, working to ensure the best outcomes for all children, and supporting the wider community

You’ll bring:
- Experience of leading a Year R classroom and supporting families with the transition into school, with a track record of building strong relationships to boost attainment and attendance
- A passion for education of the littlest learners, with expertise in various methods of delivering engaging learning activities
- The desire to bring innovation and interactivity into all areas of your teaching, continuously reaching for excellence
- An ability to quickly develop rapport with all members of the school community, while developing and maintaining appropriate boundaries
