Your area of curriculum responsibility will be to support the EYFS Lead with the introduction and development of the new EYFS Framework. You will require the drive and interpersonal skills to support the leadership of our large team of excellent EYFS practitioners.

Do you have?
Good/outstanding teaching skills and high expectations
An understanding of how EYFS pupils learn and the importance of the play-based learning culture
Strong interpersonal skills
Ambition for leadership – understanding and drive to support and develop the team
A rigorous approach to ensure best outcomes for all pupils
A good sense of humour
A willingness to work in close partnership with parents and carers.

West Road Primary became an Academy in September 2019, joining the Brighter Futures Learning Partnership Trust.
