As an Early Years Education worker you will be responsible for supporting and working closely with our Under 3s Phase Lead, and Assistant Headteacher for EYFS and KS1. We have high aspirations for our children and believe strongly that an enriched and creative curriculum, together with a high quality environment, is the key to driving and sustaining our rapidly improving achievement. If you have a strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice for babies and young children and are passionate about supporting them to reach their full potential, we want to hear from you.
What the school offers its staff

We place a high value on the professional development of our staff. Investing in our people has enabled us to improve children’s outcomes and grow future school leaders.
