We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Early Years Education Worker to work in our Children’s Centre.
As an Early Years Education worker you will be responsible for supporting and working closely with our Under 3s Phase Lead, and Assistant Headteacher for EYFS and KS1. You will assist in the daily running of the Children’s Centre and educational activities. You will also play a key part in providing a positive and secure relationship for your children and their families, whilst playing a significant role in daily care and development of each child.
We have high aspirations for our children and believe strongly that an enriched and creative curriculum, together with a high quality environment, is the key to driving and sustaining our rapidly improving achievement. If you have a strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice for babies and young children and are passionate about supporting them to reach their full potential, we want to hear from you.
What the school offers its staff
Hargrave Park Children’s Centre provides Childcare and Early Years Education for 9 fte babies and 28 fte toddlers from 6 months to three years and is open 49 weeks per year, with the vast majority of the children moving into our school Early Years Foundation Stage. The Children’s Centre provides an environment that is inviting, stimulating and safe, where children can develop independence and enjoy learning experiences both indoors and in our outdoor areas.
We place a high value on the professional development of our staff. Investing in our people has enabled us to improve children’s outcomes and grow future school leaders.
Visits to the school are strongly encouraged.
Please contact our School Business Manager, Lacka Rathore on 020 7272 3989 to arrange a school tour and meet with the Under 3s Phase Lead, Christina Partridge.
