Early Years Educator job summary

Studham Village CE Academy is seeking to appoint an inspirational Early Years Educator (minimum 5 mornings per week, full time will be considered) from January 2024 to July 2024.

The post is for a fixed period and is part time, (full time will be considered).

The successful candidate will:

  • Be fully committed to the Christian ethos of our school
  • Be committed to our school on its journey as part of the Diocese of St Albans Multi-Academy Trust
  • Put the outcomes and the welfare of the children at the heart of everything they do
  • Be passionate in driving standards forward in all curriculum areas
  • Be able to demonstrate evidence of excellent primary teaching practice
  • Have experience of analysing and acting upon outcomes of end of Key Stage data
  • Have a good sense of humour and excellent interpersonal skills
