What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to recruit Early Years Educators to join our oversubscribed Under 3’s Day Care provision. One post will be on a 52 Week Contract and the other post will be Term Time Only. Both are initially temporary for one year with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter.
We are seeking highly qualified applicants with a positive attitude who will proactively work towards ongoing improvement in quality practices within their work. The successful applicants will require a robust understanding of the Early Years Curriculum. Additionally, to support in planning and assessment, applicants will need to demonstrate excellent written English.
We have a diverse staff team and we continue to actively encourage and recruit candidates from underrepresented groups with protected characteristics.
Marlborough Primary School is federated with Colville Primary School which allows staff in both schools to benefit from the skills, expertise and colleagues are encouraged to share their good practise beyond the federation.
