• Windwhistle Primary School, Weston Super Mare • 30 hours per week Monday to Friday term time only including 5 inset days • Salary grade E4 £14,432.34 - £15,621.87 • Fixed term contract until 31 August 2023. We are looking for a qualified EYFS practitioner to contribute to the continuous development of the high quality, well-resourced provision, where there will be plenty of developmental opportunities. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of young children’s development needs, common learning and behavioural difficulties along with recent experience of working in an EYFS setting. The children have said they would like someone who is warm, caring, plays imaginatively and makes them feel special. The role will include: • organising resources and the learning environment • providing teaching and learning which enables children to progress • supporting and promoting children’s early education and development • Making accurate and productive use of assessment.
