Early Years Lead Practitioner job summary
A rare opportunity to join a fantastic teaching team at The Oval School, who motivate our pupils to become lifelong learners and independent thinkers.
We are looking for a passionate Early Years teacher to lead our Early Teams. This role will be class based with weekly leadership release time.
You will need to be:
• An excellent Early Years practitioner who will inspire and motivate children and staff to fulfil their potential
• Highly motivated and have the ability to coach and inspire colleagues
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Creative and imaginative
