As EYFS Leader, you will:

  • Be a qualified teacher (QTS essential) with proven experience in Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Be a highly skilled, inspirational and reflective classroom practitioner
  • Be committed to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our youngest learners, while contributing positively to our collaborative school culture.
  • Lead our Early Years provision, raising standards of teaching, learning and pupil outcomes
  • Support, coach and motivate EYFS staff
  • Work closely with families and the wider community to give every child the best start to their education

  • From September 2026: a brand-new, purpose-built school building with modern classrooms, inspiring learning spaces and state-of-the-art facilities designed to enhance learning, creativity and wellbeing. This state-of-the-art environment will provide modern classrooms, inspiring learning spaces, and facilities that support our commitment to high-quality education for every child.

If you are passionate about early years, have high expectations for every child, and are excited about shaping the future of our EYFS provision, we would love to hear from you!
