Early Years Lead job summary
Watling Park Primary School are looking to appoint a new Early Years Lead to our team. This is an exciting position in a school with a thriving Reception.
Candidate should have:
Successful experience of early years leadership
Understanding of child development
Understanding of high-quality teaching and learning strategies in the EYFS, and the ability to model this for others and support others to improve
Enthusiasm to work collaboratively with LAT colleagues and Early Years leads
