The Affinity Federation comprises of Willenhall Community Primary School and Whitmore Park Primary School.
Willenhall Community Primary School is seeking to appoint an outstanding, inspirational Early Years Leader (TLR post), who is enthusiastic, committed and motivated to driving standards and has high aspirations for all pupils in their care to work in our incredible school team from January 2023.
Willenhall Community Primary School is a two-form entry school with a nursery, located on the south edge of Coventry. The school is set within an economically disadvantaged community but a community with a strong spirit.
The Affinity Federation believes that every child should attend a school that values both personal and academic growth and places great emphasis upon children becoming valued members of the diverse community to which they belong.
The right candidate will be an outstanding teacher, with the knowledge, personal qualities and commitment needed to further improve outcomes for our children and ensure they are motivated, inspired and happy learners. They will possess the leadership skills and potential to guide staff as a team, ensuring consistency of practice and achievement of the highest possible standard.

We are looking for someone who will:
- Be an outstanding teacher, establishing positive relationships and delivering consistently high-quality provision across EYFS
- Have extensive knowledge of teaching and learning across EYFS
- Be a dedicated practitioner, seeking to improve their own practice
- Dynamically lead and develop a team that will ensure high quality provision for our youngest children
- Provide a stimulating environment that supports, consolidates and extends learning and development.
- Take part in the wider school life
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and support colleagues
- Enjoy working as a team and share and collaborate with colleagues
- Be flexible and adapt to the needs of the school and its pupils
- Develop a high-quality environment that offers opportunities to explore and learn
