Early Years Leader job summary
We are looking to appoint a permanent Early Years Leader to develop an inspirational Early Years environment and educational experience for our children from 2 to 5 years. You will join a network of ambitious and outstanding Leaders amongst other primaries within our Trust. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, dedicated professionals who will exhibit excellent teaching and learning every day of the week. This is a superb opportunity for a talented and ambitious leader who wants to make a lasting difference to the community they serve.
You should:
• Have experience of working within the Early Years;
• A good knowledge and understanding of both Reception and Nursery (2 to 5 years);
• Be an exemplary classroom teacher with high expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour;
• Have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others through strong leadership;
• Have the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders to achieve excellence;
• Have a passion for supporting disadvantaged pupils and pupils with SEND;
• Have relentless personal drive and be able to demonstrate commitment to the values of the Trust.
