What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be an effective and reflective classroom practitioner who is willing to learn and develop whilst sharing expertise to develop others.
- Be a strong leader who leads by example and has a proven track record of positive impact on pupils outcomes.
- Have high expectations of themselves, the people they work with and the children they teach.
- Be committed to driving forward pupil progress and achievement.
- Demonstrate effective behaviour for learning techniques.
- Demonstrate excellent Early Years subject knowledge and curriculum expertise.
- Be well organised and able to work well both as part of a team and independently.
- Be able to demonstrate very good interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to working in partnership with parents, governors and the community.
- Provide professional leadership and management for the Early Years Foundation Stage team to provide a safe, happy and caring learning environment.
