The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A passion and commitment to outstanding early years practice.
  • Ability to support children during meal and snack times.
  • Ability to support children’s care routines.
  • Experience of maintaining high standards of care for children at all times.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment in which every child is encouraged to flourish through support interventions.

The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with other members ofstaff and children and they will have worked in a childcare environment. Our school is an inclusive, creative school, committed to child initiated learning through a topic-based approach to the curriculum.
