Early Years Level 3 Practitioner job summary
Would you like to join our dedicated team and help us raise standards even further?
We are looking to recruit an Early Years Practitioner (level 3) to work full time with our delightful children, starting as close to 1st December as possible on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2025. Although this is a fixed-term contract, there is a high possibility that this contract can be extended.

The successful candidates will:
Have experience of working with EYFS aged children, preferably nursery. They will show enthusiasm for learning, initiative and have an understanding of the importance of supporting social and emotional development in children in order to maximise the achievements and well-being of our pupils.
Have a creative outlook on supporting children to be successful and achieve all that they can.
High levels of organisation to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate a commitment to inclusion and success of all children
Have high expectations for all children
Promote the vision and values of The Abbey Primary School

The successful candidate will be fully supported in their career and professional development through CPD and a commitment to supporting up to date training and development needs.
The position will be for 39 weeks per year (term time) and pay will be on a pro-rota basis.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks.
