Early Years Phase Leader job summary
St James CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a Leader for the Early Years Phase (Nursery to year 1) to lead the unit from Good to Outstanding.
Applicants must have a proven history of excellence in the classroom and of leading a team.

St James is a growing Church of England village primary school set in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside. We currently have 172 pupils on roll in 7 classes plus a nursery class that can take 18 pupils from 2-4 years.
