EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
If you have the biggest smile, one that engages and makes every child feel comfortable in your company. If throughout the day you are happy to take on varied roles such as being a dinosaur, a builder, a performer, a story teller, a musician, and much much more! If you have the ability to sing (not necessarily in tune) but, in front of a crowd of tiny humans!

We have 3 early years’ settings at the Academy. All providing a wealth of activities and experiences throughout the day both indoors and out.
Our Early Years Team provides a safe, caring, inclusive, active learning environment for our pupils.
We are looking to recruit a Level qualified Early Years Practitioners who:

Can
provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care
for foundation stage pupils
●
Have
a working knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements for the specified age range
●
Are
able, with minimal support, to effectively communicate with parents and members
of the community, plus establish and maintain working relationships with
co-workers, school staff and other stakeholders across our entire age range
●
Are
committed to high standards
●
Understand
the importance of play
●
Are
prepared to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
●
Have
a good understanding and commitment to Equality, Diversity and the principles
of inclusion
●
Can
develop, lead and work as part of a dynamic and committed team
●
Has
or is willing to undertake paediatric first aid training
Hours - 33.5 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (Term Time plus INSET days), permanent.
Salary - Level 2A, point 3 / £10.79 per hour (Depending on the experience and/or qualification of the successful candidate).
