Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a safe, inspiring environment for children to thrive? Evergreen Nursery at Abbots Green Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team.

What We’re Looking For. We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
- Has a genuine passion for working with children aged 2–4
- Demonstrates creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with children, families, and colleagues
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities
- Observing and recording progress to inform planning and assessment
- Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
- Building strong relationships with children and their families
