Steel River Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an exceptional Early Years Practitioner to join our hardworking, dedicated team. The successful candidate will deliver our Language and Communication programme ‘Ready to Read’ to parents and children across all schools in the Trust
We are looking for a candidate who:
• Has the skills and confidence to work independently and as part of our supportive team;
• Is creative and innovative in his/her approach to teaching and learning and engaging parents;
• Has a proven track record in effectively supporting groups and individuals in an Early Years setting;
• Has a minimum of 3 years experience teaching children in the 3-5 age range and can support our children in their physical, social, moral and emotional development.
• Committed to developing inclusive teaching and learning strategies which support every child in reaching their potential
• An effective team member who contributes to the success of the Trust
