Early Years Practitioner job summary

We are in the exciting position of being able to expand our team at Cropredy Pre-School. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working within Early Years, with an abundance of creativity and enthusiasm for learning through play. Is this you?

At Cropredy Preschool we care for children from 2 to 4 years of age we have been at the heart of our community for many years and are looking for an immediate start for a Level 3 practitioner. We would consider an unqualified practitioner with relevant experience.

Our new team member must have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and ideally have Safeguarding, Prevent and Paediatric First Aid training. We also value excellent communication skills with colleagues, parents/carers and most importantly our children. We continuously strive to push the boundaries of providing innovative and amazing learning opportunities both inside and in our amazing outside space for our children.

We are passionate in offering a safe, creative, and stimulating environment for Pre-School children supporting them in their learning and development. At Cropredy Preschool we want our children to find our activities inspiring, exciting, and challenging.

The position is term time only, 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, between the hours of 0800-1630, working 24.25 hours per week. The role is temporary until August 2026, with the potential to be extended further.
