What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Early Years Practitioners to join part of the founding team at Limebrook Primary School and Nursery as we open a brand-new school in Maldon for a September 2024 intake.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate good to outstanding practices, will need to be organised, proactive and have the ability to develop good relationships with staff, Children and parents in the school.

You will be able to deliver a wide range of creative and enjoyable inside and outside activities to ensure a secure and welcoming Teaching and Learning environment.

      • A payment of £1,500 at the end of a successful probation period for support in helping the Nursery setup and being successful

      • Full-time, permanent role, with 37 hours per week

      • Salary range £23,893 - 25,979, subject to nationally negotiated annual pay deals for local authority workers
