What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic part time Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join the team in our Waterside Day Care building to start as soon as possible. The post is permanent.
This is a part-time post offered for 3 days per week (21.75 hours per week - £14,572 to £16,029) on either early/late shift on a rota or compressed over 2 days (19 hours per week - £12,730 to £14,003).
Early shift is 7.45am to 4.00pm, late shift is 10.00am to 6.15pm with an hour for lunch break.

You will be a keyworker for a group of children and be part of an established, experienced team of staff to meet the needs of individual children’s needs by completing relevant paperwork and working to the revised EYFS. You will model positive social interaction and play to provide exciting learning experiences. All staff are required to demonstrate inclusive practice at all times.
The successful candidate will:
- Be creative, dynamic and a good communicator.
- Have a flexible approach to your work with a warm, caring attitude.
- Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.
- Have experience of working with babies and children from 3 months to 5 years.
