St Philip’s CE Primary Academy is a one form entry primary
academy situated at the heart of Girlington.
As part of the BDAT Multi-Academy Trust of schools across
the Bradford area, we are especially proud of our family ethos and strong
relationships with our pupils, families, governors and wider community.
We are passionate about children’s learning and creative in
our approach so we are seeking to appoint an Early Years Practitioner to
join our strong and respected EYFS team.
Appropriate qualifications for the EYP post may be NNEB,
Level 3 NVQ’s in Childcare, Diploma in Childcare or related Graduate
qualifications.
We wish to appoint staff who:-
have a passion for ensuring the best for our children
are motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable, can show initiative but also work as a team
are confident to deal with children and colleagues, the public and parents, tactfully and courteously
have excellent communication skills both written and oral
are willing to train and continue own learning and assist others in their duties and learning
demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills
